因为order在信函里面用的最多就是订单的意思，如果是步骤，一般都会选择另外的字眼的，比如step，或者procedure.
另外，写信人的英语也有较多语法错误，比如more higher than…应该是much higher than，说明作者也会表达不清，所以对于如此重要的信函，建议还是要向客人确认的，把你的理解解释给客人，看看是否一致，确保不出现误解.

because in the actual stage I will not need any mechanical system for puting the clinker in the rotary cooler.

DO NOT forget that the grate cooler and the rotary cooler are 90 mm refering to the kiln ,and the drawing show it in line kiln-grate cooler and rotary cooler.
